@@ensirakor3063yeah. I can see how someone might look at it and think it will hurt your knees, but it’s really pretty easy. I do it and I have pretty limited flexibility and mobility issues from 20 years of jits, but I can still easily do this escape
I get it. Best option is don’t get caught 😂.. but if I showed the entire escape in a longer video, it would make sense. Each step creates more room for your neck, and if you keep really good posture, it also reduces the stress on the neck. There is a sixth step as well if their legs are still locked, but this covers 99%

I use this all the time. It works great and doesn’t put stress on your knees. I don’t think you know what you have written
You need to put your knees thru a lil more healthy adversity if this is too much
