    • They are by far the most lackluster submission of anything in MMA.

      These guys have most likely never spent enough time in practice to realize how boring they are once you have skill and technique to perform any other actually impressive submissions that require setup and finesse along with strength and patience.

    ..i realized by the time i was 13 thats its a zero skill submission for white belts and havent used it since.
