Good morning sir, big fan all your video are too good respect for you from india
Thank you my good sir
Wow Professor that heel in the hole was awesome! Thanks 😊
Glad you liked it! And please, call me Stephan!!
Stephan Kesting you always explain well the idea of the paths of ground fight.
This is one of Top 3 locks when you are waiting the police to arrive
What if I’m a derp guard specialist whomst likes the omoplata?
There aren’t that many Omoplata entries from the deep half guard, so you’ll have to diversify your game. It’s possible though – Bernardo Faria was a DHG specialist who was also VERY good at the Omoplata
In no-gi I find sweat makes the omoplata far less reliable, particularly against higher level guys (purple+) Any advice?
Because I’m small I struggle to break down people’s structure in closed guard.
I would love a training room like that. But unfortunately, the kids need someplace to sleep…
Great detail at the end
brilliant stuff, from this start I often try first with Kanuki Gatame and Hiza Gatame in the Gi. Not sure of that works in No-Gi. Kanuki is easy to defend if expected but still can work if done quickly, Hiza Gatame is not easily defneded IMO.
I was able to pull this one last Friday. Amazing, I never landed an omoplata before
