Dude, I fuckin love Izaak. This guy is teaching the dreaded heel hook to what may as well be advanced white belts, at least to those that haven’t done it before. He’s watching over the whole class with such intensity to make sure its safe and right. Got me right in the feels man. Killer scientists the lot of you. Maybe one day I can get some training in there but I imagine it’s an exclusive club.
