Hi everyone- I am happy to announce the third instructional in my escaping series, pin escapes. The only way you’ll be able to confidently and constantly attack submissions is having exceptional escapes, both from pins and from submissions. The confidence that comes along with knowing that no matter where you end up in a match, no matter how bad the situation, you can immediately escape and go right into offense, is unmatched. In this instructional we spend our time focusing on going from defense cycles to offensive cycles when possible. Instead of recovering to a neutral position and waiting for someone to start attacking, we recover right into attacking positions. This has been a topic that many people have asked for for a long time so I hope you all enjoy it.
