3 EASY KESA GATAME/HEADLOCK SUBS FOR WHITE TO BLACK BELT!!!

Kesa gatame/headlock is a very powerful and dangerous position. But only if you know what to focus on, as with all positions. There are some fantastically powerful submissions directly from the headlock without changing positions. Today we show you the Americana shoulder lock, the straight arm bar and the accordion/josh Barnett from this one position. We also talk about something very important in regard to some changes coming soon to the channel. I hope this video helps some of you and gives you more options as well as a deeper understanding of the headlock. Thanks so much for watching and we will see you in the next one.
