Blair is going to show us two simple and highly functional attacks from Closed Guard. The first technique is the Triangle Choke and the second is a Reverse Scissor Sweep.
www.chewjitsu.net This is an effective full guard sweep against an opponent who stands up to break your guard. The waiter sweep can be used at any level of BJJ. As I show in the video.
