Finish Every ARM BAR regardless of defense

The goal of this video is to provide the best way to finish the arm bar regardless of how your partner defends. . We are going to talk about different grips your partner can make to prevent you from extending the arm, then we are going to talk about some honorable mentions that are popular but in the end I don’t think are the most effective, then we are going to talk about the most effective ways to finish the arm bar from both the guard and the top position.

The main point I want to get across in this video is that the focus should be your leg positioning. In my opinion too many people focus on how to untangle the arms but if you can pummel your legs to 3/4 juji your partner has many less routes of escape
